'In The Name of Love' movie trailer released! Love it!

Before everyone takes a Holy Week holiday leave, Star Cinema released the official trailer of 'In The Name of Love' which stars Aga Muhlach, Angel Locsin and Jake Cuenca.

The trailer was first released via its official website (inthenameoflove.starcinema.com.ph or simply inthenameoflove.ph) and was later uploaded on Youtube (StarCinemaABSCBN).

The movie, which is directed by Olivia Lamasan, definitely has many amazing scenes squeezed in the 4-minute trailer. And I super love these ones:

Aga Muhlach Angel Locsin kissing scene

Angel in hot bathtub scene

Angel Locsin Jake Cuenca bed scene

Angel Locsin pole dancing

Angel pole dancer

Excited much to see it?

Here's the trailer of "In The Name of Love":

Gary V. is singing the theme song of this new movie of Aga Muhlach. In the past, he already sang the theme song of 4 Aga Muhlach movies: "Kailangan Kita", "Dubai", "All My Life" and "When Love Begins", 2 of which gave Aga the Box Office King title.

And for "In the Name of Love", Gary V. sings his own version of Matt Monro hit "Portrait of My Love".

"In The Name of Love" is showing on May 11, 2011.

'In The Name of Love' official movie poster

Star Cinema has released the official poster of the highly-anticipated movie "In The Name Of My Love" which pairs up King of Romantic-Drama Movies Aga Muhlach and the Philippines' Sexiest Angel Locsin for the first time.

I love the poster. My reaction when I first saw it was "Wow! So hot!" It's one eye-catching poster, and I think it's one of Star Cinema's best-looking posters.

"In The Name Of Love" will hit theaters this May 11, 2011, as Star Cinema's 18th Anniversary Offering, and whenever it's their anniversary offering or a Star Cinema movie is shown in May, it's always a hit. Speaking about "Here Comes The Bride", "BFF: Best Friend's Forever", "Caregiver", "All My Life" and "Ang Tanging Ina" which were all shown in May and were Star Cinema's anniversary offerings.

Joining Aga Muhlach and Angel Locsin in "In The Name of Love" is hunkified actor Jake Cuenca.

Directed by Olivia Lamasan, the movie also stars Dante Rivero, Carmi Martin, Leo Rialp, Smokey Manaloto, Ryan Eigenmann, Emilio Garcia, Kat Alano, Dimples Romana, Bobby Andrews, Michael Flores, Joshua Zamora, Nanding Josef, Maliksi Morales and Paul Salas.

Don't forget - May 11 - Mark your calendars now!!!

Shalani Soledad to receive a special gift from Willie Revillame on her 31st birthday

Shalani Soledad will be turning 31 this coming April 20 April 27 and reportedly, she will be receiving a special gift, I repeat, a very special gift from Willie Revillame.

What do you think will be Willie's birthday gift to her?

Car? Jewelries? Money?

I hope it's a car.

If Willie gave Aga Muhlach a car, which reportedly a Mercedes Benz sports car which costs P8 million, I'm sure he can also afford to give Shalani a multi-million car.

But whatever that gift is, it would be extra special for sure just like Shalani's gift to Willie on his 50th birthday last January.

As her special gift to Willie, Shalani recorded a song entitled "Salamat Sa Pag-ibig Mo" which was composed by Vehnee Saturno.

Watch a video of Shalani singing a song for Willie last January 27:

Aga Muhlach transfers to TV5, "laos na"? Lea Salonga, Ruffa Gutierrez defend Aga

Aga Muhlach photo.Aga Muhlach is now officially a "Kapatid" after he signed a 3-year contract with TV5.

December of last year when news first broke out that Aga will move to TV5 after being a Kapamilya talent for almost 2 decades.

And now, it's officially happening and he is already set to do 3 shows on TV5, one of which is reportedly the local version of "Amazing Race" with Aga as the host.

Just like with other stars who switched networks, some people are saying that he's already "laos" that's why he made such big decision.

Maybe because of the fact that his last show with ABS-CBN, "M3: Malay Mo Ma-Develop", was a shortlived one due to poor ratings, considering it was his show after 3 years of absence on TV.

In the movies, his last 2 films, "When Love Begins" in 2008 and "RPG Metanoia" (where he lent his voice) last MMFF 2010, both failed to reach the P100M mark.

But we can never discount the fact that Aga Muhlach was a 4-time Box Office King and definitely is one of the best actors in the industry.

That's why Aga's friends and former leading ladies have defended him on Twitter from the negative issues being thrown at him as he transfers to TV5.

Ruffa Gutierrez, Aga's ex-girlfriend and his leading lady in 2 films during the 90's, posted: "Aga is Aga. Hindi lang dekalidad na aktor na rinerespeto but an eternal star! Same with the likes of Dolphy, Ate Vi, Sharon, Lorna T, Boyet, Maricel, Goma, Edu, Cesar, Dawn, Binoe, Tito-Vic & Joey, Bong, Ipe etc. Mga poste sa industriya that will never be out of season kahit sinong baguhang artista pa ang pumasok! These established actors HAVE MADE THEIR MARK in the industry. Give them importance & respect. New stars come & go by the dozen. Some names I don't even remember but the legends will live on..."

Lea Salonga, who worked with Aga in two box-office films, agreed to that. She said, "True, these great stars will never leave the heavens...I believe there is no such thing as "laos". Unless of course you're referring to the country in the Southeast Asian region. That exists."

This coming Sunday on TV5's Paparazzi, Aga Muhlach answers the issues and reveals to Ruffa Gutierrez the reasons behind the big switch. Watch for it!
