Poland is hosting the very first Miss Supranational 2009 with the world finals happening tomorrow, September 5, in the city of Plock.
Thirty-six candidates will vie for the title of Miss Supranational 2009 and will receive a cash prize of $25,000.
First runner up will get $5,000, 2nd Runner Up wins $3,000, $2,000 for the 3rd Runner Up and a thousand US dollar for the 4th Runner Up.

Other titles to be given away are the 5 continental titles (with a cash prize of $1,000) and special titles (with $500 each) such as Miss Supranational Internet, Miss Photogenic, Best Body, Best National Dress and Miss Friendship.
Sad to say, beauty pageant powerhouses such as India, USA, Spain, Puerto Rico, Colombia, Philippines, South Africa and Canada are not participating in this pageant.
