David Bosley (photo above), who looks like actor John Lloyd Cruz, is one of the gorgeous gay guys who will compete for the title of Mr. Gay World Philippines 2009 this October 25.

The winner of Mr. Gay World Philippines 2009 title will represent the country in the Mr. Gay World 2010 pageant to be held in Oslo, Norway sometime in February.
