A day before his inauguration, Philippine President-elect Noynoy Aquino has named his cabinet members via a press conference today, held at the Aquino Headquarters in Samar Ave, Quezon City.
They are the people who will head various departments and bureaus under the Aquino administration. It's important to know them because they will join hands with Noynoy in shaping the future of the Filipino people.
