Megan Young is a Miss Universe material

Megan Young was looking so much stunning and gorgeous at the Star Magic Ball 2010 held last night, September 5, 2010.

She's amazingly beautiful and even photographer Paul Cortes, who owns those pictures, was stunned by Megan's exceptional beauty last night. "Si Megan ang pinakamaganda sa kanilang lahat... Para syang international supermodel sa red carpet... hehe... :D," he said on Facebook.

I hope she could finally join Binibining Pilipinas in 2011 and then represent the country in the Miss Universe or in Miss World.

Megan actually expressed intention in joining the pageant last March but her busy schedule (as VJ on Channel V) didn't permit her so.

Folded and Hung Streetcast Fashion Show 2010 Go-See

Folded and Hung is looking for 100 models for its Streetcast Fashion Show 2010 this October.

The said event will feature Folded and Hung's 2011 Summer Collections
and models are needed to ramp off those collections.

Qualifications: 16 to 25 years old, stands atleast 5'8 (for female) or 5'10 (for males) and has a lean toned body.

Just get an application form now available at F&H stores and you have until September 13 to submit filled application back to them.

Applicants will then receive a call from an F&H rep for a go-see schedule.

Ohh lala! Coco Martin is endorsing a deo body spray for women

Coco Martin has been chosen by Bench to endorse it's new deo body spray for women called "Ooh Lala!"

Yeah, Coco is endorsing Herbench Ooh Lala! not that he's using it too...but because he wants you to use it.

Well, the ad says "captivate him" which probably means if you want to attract men like Coco or get your boyfriend hooked on you, then Herbench Ooh Lala! is perfect for you.

September 2010 by the way will be Coco's month. On September 1, his first mainstream movie "Sa 'Yo Lamang" will be shown in theaters and on Sepember 6, his newest primetime soap "iDOL" will premiere. iDOL pairs him up for the first time with Sarah Geronimo and also working for the first time with Sam Milby.

I think, if ever a Filipino movie ala Brokeback Mountain will be made in the country, I want Coco and Sam to star in it or if not possible, Derek Ramsay and Coco.

Korea mourns Andre Kim's death

South Korea's famed fashioner Andre Kim has died today, August 12, due
to complications from pneumonia.

According to Yonhap News Korea, Andre Kim was confined at Seoul National University last month until he died 7:25 PM today.

His death has saddened Koreans and even those non-Koreans who admire
this world-renowned fashion icon. Right after the news broke out that he already passed away, "Andre Kim" instantly become a top trending topic on Twitter.

The last time I've heard of Andre Kim was during the Mr. World 2010 pageant in Incheon, Korea where he showcased his creations, worn by the candidates.

Andre Kim was 74 years old and survived by an adopted son.

Malaysian model Julia Chuah Sheau Yen falls to her death

Another model is gone...and she is Malaysian model Julia Chuah Sheau Yen, 31
years old and also a former actress.

Sometimes credited as Julia Cheah or Julia Chua, the Malaysian model was found dead Saturday on the parking lot of Pantai Hill Park Condominium where she lived.

Malaysia's New Straits Times has reported that Julia Chuah Sheau Yen fell off from the 12th floor of the condominium.

But unlike the death of some models we heard in the past, Julia's death was not a suicide because she was reportedly heard calling for help while hanging and holding at an Astro satellite dish on the 10th floor before she fell to her death.

Her boyfriend allegedly was spotted at the parking lot before Julia died and was invited by the police for an investigation.

Julia's last TV show was "Getting Together" and last movie was "Homecoming". Also an endorser, she's best known as a Samsung model.

She took up her college degree in Curtin University Australia and later studied Law at Cardiff University in the UK.

Before she died, Julia was working for Brickfields Asia College (BAC) in Malaysia and was about to take the CLP (Certificate in Legal Practice) course, a requirement in order for her to become a lawyer in Malaysia.

Just imagine all Julia's hardwork in her studies as she pursued her dream to become a lawyer. But now, she and her dream are both gone.

Natasha Padbidri Pics (Photos) | The latest model to end her own life

After Mauritian-Indian model Viveka Babajee, another model has died of what believed to be as suicide in India last Sunday.

According to Deccan Herald, model Natasha Padbidri was found hanging from the ceiling of her bedroom and she was suffering depression before she died.

She was only 31 years old.

News about models who took their own lives are kinda alarming already.

Natasha was already the 5th model who committed suicide this 2010 after Colombian Lina Marulanda, American Ambrose Olsen, French Tom Nicon and Mauritian-Indian Viveka Babajee. And it all happened in just less than 3 months.

Christian Bautista shows off "abs" at Bench Uncut Fashion Show

Christian Bautista's fans eagerly anticipated for his appearance at the Bench Uncut: Denim and Underwear Fashion Show held Friday night in Araneta Coliseum.

As promised, Christian walked the runway shirtless and showed his hot flat abs.

With that, it disproves the allegation that Christian's body on his Bench billboard was photoshopped. As you can see, Christian really has got great body!

For sure, his Indonesian fans would also be very delighted to see it.
