The family of actor AJ Perez has made one important decision hours after AJ died in a vehicular accident.
According to a tweet from ABS-CBN AdProm head Eric John Salut, AJ Perez's family has decided to donate his cornea and it might be donated to Fatima Soriano, the "Miracle Child".
Fatima Soriano is 17 years old who was born blind on the same year AJ was born (1993).
Last night, Fatima Soriano was interviewed by Boy Abunda on The Bottomline. The episode was shown past 12 midnight already.
While that episode was being shown, AJ Perez already met an accident and died at 12:20 am.
I admire AJ's family's move to donate their son's cornea to Fatima, who through the years has been an inspiration to everyone.
The family has also opened AJ's Twitter account (@ajperez17) and inviting everyone to visit him in La Salle Greenhills where the family will hold public viewing of AJ's body until Tuesday.
As we pray for AJ, let's also pray that AJ's family will be able to have strength in this difficult time.
If we, his fans, are finding it hard to accept what happened, his family is feeling it double, triple, multiple times than what we feel now.
Let's pray that God will comfort them as they grieve for their son's loss.
