With this official confirmation, Willie's rumored variety show "Willing-Willie" with lots of ex-Wowowee staff and talents will
definitely push through.
Ricky Lo's article today on PhilStar says that in his new show, Willie will have 3 co-hosts who are all beauty queens and 1 of them is a former Miss Earth.
That Miss Earth is reportedly Sandra Inez Seifert.
Philippine Daily Inquirer on one hand interviewed Willie about this latest development and he said that people will be surprised to know
who his beauty co-hosts are.
Willie also hinted that the show will definitely start this October 2010, but not on the reported 10-10-10 date.
He's still unsure though whether it will be on noontime or primetime but Boss Vic del Rosario, Willie's co-producer of the show, already confirmed also to Inquirer that it will be on primetime.
Aside from Willing-Willie, Inquirer also reports that Willie will also hosting another show on TV5 and it's called "Born To Be A Star".
Willie's camp also confirmed to Inquirer that they indeed had talks with GMA 7 before and ABS-CBN even made a counter-offer.
So maybe that was the time Willie even had an interview with GMA 7's 24 Oras which created speculations that he was moving to GMA.
ABS-CBN meanwhile insists that Willie is still under contract with them and the company already filed yesterday a 486M-counterclaim
against Willie, who prior to that has filed an 11.5M-claim against the Kapamilya Network.
