Twenty contestants have been chosen to form part of "Star Power 20" finalists, as revealed on tonight's episode of ABS-CBN's Star Power: Sharon's Search for the Next Female Pop Superstar.
From the original plan of having Star Power 12 finalists, they have decided to raise it up to 20 due to so many great singers with lots of star potential from the 37 regional finalists.
Twelve of the Star Power 20 are from Luzon, three from the Visayas and five from Mindanao. And they are:

*K-la Iovan, a knockout beauty, is Fil-Canadian. She's living in Cubao but originally from Calgary, Canada. TV host Willie Revillame for sure knows her very well coz they already sang together on Wowowee in November 2009. Kayla was at the audience when Willie noticed her and asked her to sing.
*Angeline Quinto was a grand finalist of Star For A Night, the singing contest which had Sarah Geronimo as the grand winner. She also joined MTB's Teen Pop Star and on GMA 7's Diz Iz It.
*Laurice Bermillo was a grand finalist in the Big Division of Little Big Star Season 2. She and Jovit Baldivino reportedly "crush" each other.
