Youtube has started its 3 days countdown to the July 24 "Life in A Day" documentary project.
What's that project all about?
Youtube announced it first week of July that on July 24, users of the site can participate in what they call a historic global experiment by
coming up with a documentary of their own life in the whole 24 hours on July 24.
Then they have to upload it on youtube.com/user/lifeinaday channel.
The video guideline for "Life in a Day" says that the most compelling and distinctive footage will be chosen and edited into a documentary film by two Oscar-winning directors Ridley Scott and Kevin Macdonald.
The finished product will also be screened at the Sundance Film
Festival 2011 with the video uploader also going there as a reward.
Sounds so cool!
