Your Song Presents: The PBB Double Up Ex-housemates

As a Summer 2010 offering, ABS-CBN's Your Song Presents will feature ex-housemates of PBB Double Up led by 2nd Big Placer Paul Jake Castillo and 4th Big Placer Johan Santos.

In the said Sunday afternoon show, Paul Jake will be part of a love trio with Sam Pinto and Tom Rodriguez.

Johan meanwhile will continue the love triangle with Cathy Remperas and Hermes Bautista which already started long before they were still housemates of Pinoy Big Brother.

As what you can in the pictorial, expect a lot of skin in that upcoming episode of Your Song.

Other PBB Double Up ex-housemates in the cast are Rica Paras and Riza Mae Patria.

It will replace Pokwang's Love Me, Love You episode.

Roxanne Guinoo is confirmed pregnant

Actress Roxanne Guinoo has admitted via a pre-taped interview with Boy Abunda on The Buzz today that she's indeed pregnant.

And who's the father of baby? A 20-year-old cutie chinito businessman named Angelo, her boyfriend for more than two years.

24-year-old Roxanne, who's 12 weeks pregnant, also revealed that after she found out she's pregnant last week of January, Angelo proposed a marriage to her and the wedding is set early next year.

A Star Magic talent, Roxanne was last seen on TV via Komiks Presents: Pepeng Agimat and in the movie 'Tarot'.

Mr. Brazil World 2010 Candidates

Mister Brasil Mundo 2010 (Mr. Brazil World 2010) will be staged on Thursday, March 4, 2010, in Sao Paulo, Brazil. Over 30 yummy Brazilian hunks are competing for the title.

Winner of the pageant will represent Brazil in the Mr. World 2010 pageant in Korea on March 27th.

Two K-Pop singles have switched places on MYX International Top 20 Countdown for the week-ending February 27, 2010.

Last week's #1 Sorry Sorry - Answer by the Super Junior has moved down a notch and takes over the slot of Oh! by the Girls' Generation, which is now the #1 song in the MIT 20 chart.

The latest Girls' Generation single is proving so strong as it hit the top spot in just three weeks.

But Justin Bieber and Ludacris' Baby is posing a big threat to the K-Pop hits as it makes a big debut at #6 and might grab the top spot anytime soon.

Alvin De Joya is Mr. World Philippines 2010

MYKIRU'S FIRST CATCH

23-year-old Alvin Aldeosa De Joya from Cauayan City, Isabela has just won the title of Mr. World Philippines 2010 during the finals held tonight at the Studio 5 of GMA Network Center.

Alvin or just Vhin, who stands so tall at 6'2", is a Registered Nurse and also a part-time model. He studied at the Far Eastern University in Manila.

It's an interesting victory for Alvin especially that he joined Mister International Philippines 2009 last October but only took home the People's Choice Award.

Living up to his motto 'A winner never quits, a quitter never wins', Alvin has succeeded in Mr. World Philippines and bested 16 other candidates.

During the Q&A round, Alvin said that he wants to be a superhero like Spider-Man and even used the famous line from the movie: "With great power comes great responsibility".

First Runner Up during the pageant was call center agent Jericho Intacto, 25 years old from Mandaluyong City while 2nd Runner Up was full-time model and Cosmo 2009 Bachelor Jason Villegas, 20 years old from Manila. (View Mr. World Philippines 2010 Official Results)

As the pageant winner, Alvin De Joya won a trophy, a cash prize of P150,000, wardrobes worth P75,000 and the privilege to represent the Philippines in the Mr. World 2010 pageant happening on March 27 in Incheon, Korea.

The said Philippine finals will be shown later on GMA 7's Walang Tulugan with the Master Showman.

'Melason' stars in 'Impostor' and 'Kokey @ Ako'

PBB Double Up Big Winner Melai Cantiveros herself revealed on
Entertainment Live earlier that she and boyfriend/PBB Double Up 3rd Big Placer Jason Francisco will be part of two TV series on ABS-CBN.

First off, the Melason is among the cast of Precious Hearts Romances Presents: Impostor, which is topbilled by Sam Milby and Maja Salvador.

Then the two along with PBB Double Up 4th Big Placer Johan Santos have also been added in the cast of Kokey @ Ako, which has been reported before to star Vhong Navarro and Angel Locsin.

There is a possibility that Angel might not be able to join the show because she's also set to start her teleserye with John Lloyd Cruz.

Melai and Jason are indeed on the track for superstardom after they won in Pinoy Big Brother exactly two weeks ago. They are currently featured in the daily realiserye 'Melason In Love' and soon to star in a movie and 2 new shows as mentioned above. A TV commercial also awaits the two. Goodluck Melai and Jason!

E Live hosts to replace Kris Aquino on SNN

Starting on Monday until the election period ends on May, we won't be seeing Kris Aquino as host of ABS-CBN's SNN Showbiz News Ngayon.

Kris made the big decision of taking a leave of absence from SNN after she met a bathroom accident last week and has realized she's fully loaded with work.

"Wanted you to hear it from me. I'm taking a leave of absence from SNN until elections. My bathroom fall proved to me I just can't handle a schedule as full as mine. I'll be missing you nightly but I hope it's really just 2 months," Kris told her Twitter followers.

Kris will be temporarily replaced (alternately) by the Entertainment Live hosts Toni Gonzaga, Bianca Gonzalez and Mariel Rodriguez. The three E Live girls already hosted SNN last December while Kris was on a vacation in Hawaii.

Despite leaving SNN, Kris still has 3 shows left. She's seen everyday on 'Kung Tayo'y Magkakalayo' then on Pilipinas Got Talent and The Buzz during weekends.

According to Kris, husband James Yap was upset to know that their son loves to sing and dance to Pussycat Dolls' "Hush Hush" and Lady Gaga's "Poker Face". That's alarming huh! The worried couple are now thinking of downloading songs of male singers.

PBB Teen Clash of 2010 Auditions Schedule announced

Pinoy teens from the province for sure will be delighted to hear that Pinoy Big Brother Teen Edition 3 Clash of 2010 will hold auditions in some key cities outside Metro Manila this March.

They have already announced the schedule of auditions and their first stop is SM Davao on Thursday, March 4, 2010, 8:00 Am to 4:00 PM. Then on Saturday, March 6th, the audition will be at the Rizal Memorial Stadium.

Applicants need not register via text. It's a "First Come, First Serve" kind of audition. Just be there at the venues and be one of the first 6,000 applicants.

Open to teens age 15-18, you must bring your Birth Certificate (original and photocopy), a valid ID and a pen during the audition.

Auditions will also be held in Dipolog City (March 9 at the Lee Plaza City Central), Tacloban City (March 11 Robinsons Place) and in Cebu (March 14 Ayala Center).

Among the successful products of PBB Teen Edition were Kim Chiu, Gerald Anderson, Matt Evans, Ejay Falcon, Niña Jose and Robi Domingo.
