Miss Germany Sarah Elzanowski (center), 18 years old, won the title of Miss Tourism International 2009 last night, December 31, at the Sunway Lagoon Resort and Hotel in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. It's the first time that Germany won in the said contest.
45 beauties participated in the yearend pageant including Philippines'
Jonavi Raisa Quiray, who unfortunately failed to enter the semis.
